This spicy Asian slaw definitely tops the easiness/tastiness ratio! It’s loaded with sriracha mayo which gives it a real punch.
The slaw goes well as a side dish with chicken, beef, pork and even fish or just on its own for a healthy snack.
We served this slaw as a side dish to the Vietnamese Lemongrass Beef Baguettes.
