This has been one of our go-to meals for some time now and I’ve been meaning to do a blog post on this easy and delicious recipe, so here it is!
I decided to make alter the recipe slightly from our typical chilli to reduce the amount of ingredients, making it quicker and easier to prepare but, I’m happy to confirm, just as tasty!
It makes a great mid-week dinner, once everything is simmering away you can just leave it on the hob, while you do other jobs!
Most of the time we have crispy tacos with our chunky beef chilli but you could have soft tacos, rice or jacket potatoes. We also have freshly made guacamole and sour cream to make it into a feast!
If there are any leftovers, they work great with scrambled eggs in a breakfast burrito the next day.
