We’ve been making ramen for some time now and have improved on them massively since our trip to Japan last year. This chilli beef ramen is one we’ve had for a while now and have been experimenting with all sorts of different ingredients. I thought it was about time I shared this bowl of goodness with you.
For a mid-week dinner, ramen are one of my favourites things to cook! It’s is so easy to make and the thing I love the most is that there are so many hidden surprises in just one bowl. In this one, we have the best treat of all: soy marinated eggs. The gooey, oozey, creamy yolk is just the best when you dip your beef into them 😊
Some of you might follow us on Instagram and know that last year we visited Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan in an epic Far-Eastern adventure. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit all these places, where we discovered some amazing and delicious food. I just hope we can go back one day!
